6. Eat from a Food Truck

We've always dreamed of going on a Food Truck Friday adventure during the school year, but we never got around to it.

The Food Trucks are actually far away, and it was hard to find a good day to go.

However when Linda received the news that Food Trucks were going to be in our neighborhood, we HAD to check it out.

Unfortunately we had to leave Tina behind, because she had practice. But, Ashley got to come with us!

The Food Truck Food Court raved about the various types of food trucks they were going to have that night. I was pretty excited, because I LOVE food. I really do.

However, when we arrived there was only three trucks. I may have watched too much Food Network, but I personally thought there would be some crazy fusion food or something completely out of the ordinary. Two of the three food trucks had American food. Meanwhile, the third food truck had American Southern food.

Burgers, Hot Dogs, French Fries, Mac n' Cheese, Biscuits- say hello to America.

The most interesting thing we could find was the Catfish Po boy.

Now, I've had a po boy before at Disney World. So, I was extremely excited, because I haven't had one since.

Linda, on the other hand, had no idea what a po boy was.

Watch as we retrieve the food.

 Here's what it looked like:

I personally enjoyed my po boy, it wasn't mind-blowing, but it wasn't awful.

Linda on the other hand... learned that she did not like catfish or po boys for that matter.

She was a bit disappointed and underwhelmed with the experience.

It was a semi-awesome experience, but I'm thinking it'll be worth a shot to get a better experience of Food Trucks at the other location.

On the bright side, we get to cross off another thing on our list :)
